We will reopen in May of 2026

Tickets will be released the week of visit date to avoid weather related park closures and cancellations. We will not presell our tickets or fill any of our capacity spots before the ticket release date so that everyone does have a fair chance of getting tickets.

*If a date is unavailable to select then that date is not available to purchase yet. Only Peak Days require a reservation. Peak days are weekends and Holiday weeks in November and December. Please refer below for a detailed schedule of ticket release dates, however if there is incliment weather in the forecast ticket release could be delayed until we have a reliable forecast.

Refund Policy: If you have a problem with your tickets or will not be able to use your them please reach out to us directly at 719-684-9432 or email northpoleonlinetickets@gmail.com to discuss refunds at least 24 hours BEFORE your reserved date and time. We will do everything we can to help you out and find a good solution but all refund requests MUST be made 24 hours before your reservation time. Please note we cannot reschedule your tickets into sold out days or times and we cannot move reservations into dates that are not available for purchase yet.
