Refund Policy: If you have a problem with your tickets or will not be able to use your them please reach out to us directly at 719-684-9432 or email northpoleonlinetickets@gmail.com to discuss refunds at least 24 hours BEFORE your reserved date and time. We will do everything we can to help you out and find a good solution but all refund requests MUST be made 24 hours before your reservation time. Please note we cannot reschedule your tickets into sold out days or times and we cannot move reservations into dates that are not available for purchase yet.
